grabbing power from the executive branch. The decision by judge Cannon was
"timed," before the Republican convetntion.
Actiual annotation of the 14th Ammendment of the Constition provides a
misinterpretation of the Supreme Court that Congress is required. However,
the disqualification is automatic,with the provision that Congress may reverse
the decision: This was accepted by the
Supreme Court decision that Trump
could not be disqualified from holding office, since Congress did not reverse
the decision,
which is post vote before the
decision, which is

fallcious argument. Or the latter event affects the first event.

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of
President and Vice-President,
or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any
State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an

executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the
United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same,
or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.

each House, remove such disability.
Based on the 14th Ammendment of the constition that the conservatives in the
Supreme Court disputed: an officer of state who violates his or her oath “to
support the Constitution of the United States” and who “shall have engaged in
insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the
enemies thereof” cannot hold office. By proposing an ambiguity as officer of the
United States, declaring Trump was not an officer, since he was elected, this
let Trump off the hook for causing the Jan 6 insurrection.

chief executive officer. The President is the Chief Executive Officer.
 " Delaying
the January 6 trial suppresses critical evidence that Americans deserve to
hear," she said. "Donald Trump attempted to overturn an election and seize

will not stop at Ukraine, given Poland and other NATO countries near
Ukraine. NATO should deploy into Ukraine to stop the attack. NATO
should not be threatened by nuclear weapons from Russia. This is a ploy by Putin, which
should not be believed! This is the same as the threat by Hitler during the
Second World War, who bombed civilians as Putin! Putin will not stop his
incursion in Europe.
An alternative is to send in Special Forces
to combat against Russian saboteurs who have invaded Kiev in an attempt to
capture Zelinsky who is Jewish, and his grandfather fought against the Nazis.
Putin lied about Zelinsky accusing his government run by Nazis given Putin is
imitated Hitler.
A retired U.S. general stated Putin has become unhinged with wild threats of
nuclear readiness in response to sanctions.

hoping the Western Nations will cringe in fear of his warning to use nuclear
weapons. The rational approach to avoid confrontation with Putin to avoid

destroying the threat! Atomic submarines, and ground forces should be targeted
in a planned attack, like Putins attack on Ukraines. Like Hitler in his
irrational world domination plans, Putin with his irrational statements will not
stop at Ukraine where violation of humanitarian effects causing horrors are
being committed similar to Hitler.
